Overview

This custom, 3-module hospice development training for growing hospices and hospice account executives makes a fantastic addition to both operations and clinical orientation programs.
It includes a historical overview of the modern hospice movement and provisions of the Medicare Hospice Benefit.  We incorporate your company's mission, vision, and values as we discuss customer service, break down your brand and how to embody it, and equip reps with proven tools for territory development.  (A la carte modules for clinicians are also available.)

Overview

This 3-module training addresses often ignored issues impacting the senior living industry as the aging Baby Boomer population begins to explore senior living communities for themselves. 
How does the senior living industry support "old hippies" in a sex-positive environment while also protecting residents in the same community who are not decisional and cannot consent? 
How does a community provide education and support around a staggering rate of STI transmission? And, as this is the first generation to have lived a significant portion of their lives "out," how does the industry support LGBTQ+  older adults?
