Overview

This custom, 3-module hospice development training for growing hospices and hospice account executives makes a fantastic addition to both operations and clinical orientation programs.
It includes a historical overview of the modern hospice movement and provisions of the Medicare Hospice Benefit.  We incorporate your company's mission, vision, and values as we discuss customer service, break down your brand and how to embody it, and equip reps with proven tools for territory development.  (A la carte modules for clinicians are also available.)

Overview

This 3-module training unpacks four different types of dementia: vascular dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, Lewy Body Dementia, and alcohol-induced dementia (Wernicke-Korsakoff Syndrome.) This 3-module training addresses often ignored issues impacting the senior living industry as the aging Baby Boomer population begins to explore senior living communities for themselves.
